4. The steam turbine is used in the circulating water heating system of the power plant. In winter, the circulating water will be used for regional heating and heating, which can bring huge economic benefits to the power plant. In the power plant, the circulating water pump is replaced with a high-lift water pump (generally, a high-lift water pump is added), which increases power consumption; on the other hand, if the heating temperature is simply relied on circulating water in the northern region, the heating temperature is also low and often needs to be supplemented Some new steam is used to increase the temperature of the hot water supply. In this case, if a small back pressure industrial steam turbine is used to drive the circulating water pump during the system transformation process, and the steam after the work is used to heat the circulating water, the heating system can save The power consumption of the pump motor can increase the temperature of the circulating water, thus accomplishing two birds with one stone.
5. The role of steam turbine instead of low-pressure heater, high-pressure deaerator and sliding pressure deaerator. The exhaust steam of the steam turbine is supplied to the low-pressure heater or inlet heat exchanger to heat a large amount of supplementary demineralized water to increase the water temperature to a constant value. Leading to the high-pressure deaerator, a small amount of relatively high-value steam can be used in the high-pressure deaerator to achieve the deaeration effect, which eliminates the uneconomical of the large temperature difference caused by the low temperature of a large amount of supplementary water, and can also reduce The number of low-pressure heaters stabilizes the operation of high-pressure deaeration. Thereby improving safety and reliability, increasing the economy of energy cascade utilization, reducing plant power consumption, and achieving good results.
